Allure Magazine Hires Jessica Cruel as Features Director

Why is it important to see yourself in fashion magazines is why I scream every time I see a black girl being hired in a position of leadership in the Top Fashion magazine. So I celebrate again with Allure who has hired Jessica Cruel as its new Features Director. Jessica previously worked as Deputy Beauty Director at Refinery29. In her new role she will work on both print and digital beauty projects.
