InStyle’s Fashion department is looking for an entry level Fashion Assistant to assist with closet duties and basic administrative tasks. More details below:
-Keep closet organized, by taking check-in and check-out photos of everything that enters/leaves the closet. Follow the filing system for how samples should be organized in the closet.
-Pack for shoots. We will be needing this person to be hands on with our Covers and Well Stories. A “can do” attitude is important. This person will pack, create trunk photos, and unpack as the shoot comes back so that they can process returns of the samples.
-Administrative tasks. This person may be asked to do tasks like update fashion boards, or organize lookbooks onto the server, etc.
-When shoots take place in NYC, this person may be asked to assist on set.
