Brooklyn White-Grier is the Generation Z Editor at ESSENCE. She is the responsible for writing or assigning/editing written news, interviews, op-eds and reported pieces.
She is also a Freelance Writer and Editor. She was commissioned to write for a number of publications for both print and digital. PAPER Magazine, ZORA, Teen Vogue, InStyle, Vibe Magazine, HYPEBAE, Milk Makeup, Fashionista, Bitch Media, Garage Magazine, StyleCaster, and HelloGiggles are among the sites she have written for.
In 2021, Brooklyn garnered over 7 million page views for the online content she have authored. She have written across all verticals, including entertainment/culture, politics, beauty, lifestyle and wellness and live events.
