Tech Magazine "Protocol" Expands Editorial Team with Three Key Hires

Technology-focused publication Protocol has announced a significant editorial expansion with three new beat reporters joining their team:

Michael Chen, formerly of Wired, joins as Senior AI and Machine Learning Reporter. Chen will cover the business and ethical implications of AI advancement across industries. His coverage at Wired focused heavily on Silicon Valley's implementation of machine learning technologies and their societal impact.

Raj Patel has been hired from The Information to cover enterprise technology and cloud computing. Patel's experience includes deep reporting on major technology infrastructure changes at Fortune 500 companies.

"These strategic additions to our team reflect Protocol's commitment to deeper reporting on the technologies reshaping our world," said Editorial Director Sarah Kurtz in the announcement. The expanded team will begin publishing under a new section called "Protocol Insights" starting next week.
