Vanity Fair is Looking an Industry Reporter to Conceptualize and Execute Stories Across Print and Digital

They must have deep sources in TV, streaming, and tech, as well as experience breaking news, interviewing major players, foreseeing trends, and illuminating the changing landscape of Hollywood and adjacent industries. The writer must be adept at alternating between shorter news pieces and longer investigative work. This position reports to the Executive Hollywood Editor.

Primary Responsibilities, include but not limited to:

• Pitch, report, and write compelling stories across all of Vanity Fair’s platforms
• Establish and maintain relationships with executives, and industry experts to secure multi-platform exclusives

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years covering Hollywood and Tech
• Strong contacts in Hollywood and Tech industries
• Strong reporting and writing skills
• Ability to contribute original ideas
• Excellent collaborator and communicator
