Half of America's black female population have lost their jobs and a large percentage of them are having to move or planning to move before 2021. Zillow, the world's largest proprietor of rentals, released a survey that says that black women are hit hardest during a pandemic for more reasons than we originally thought. This survey found that Black women are paying up to 50% of their budgets on housing, especially in metropolitan cities.

 

This 700-word article and 2-minute video will answer those questions and is already written with quotes from a financial wellness center, Greenpath, a management professional, current renter and a therapist.

I just got an opportunity to have dinner with Ice Cube in Las Vegas to discuss his plans for the Big3 League that he now owns and is promoting.
