Nick Hune-Brown, writer and executive editor of Toronto-based magazine The Local, is looking for stories about social control,  health inequality, financial issues, and even essays, first-person accounts, etc.

Stephanie Pitera Statile, Editor of Lifestyle & Business at Business Insider, is looking for pitches about people who have showcased their experiences and lived in many different states and countries over the past few years. 

Rates start at $200 for 600 words. 

THE GRIO IS LOOKING FOR PITCHES 

TheGrio is a well-known media platform that’s dedicated to showcasing the stories and experiences of Black America. The platform covers a wide range of topics, including trends, news, politics, entertainment, and culture. TheGrio also provides submission guidelines for writers, allowing them to share their outlooks.
